The apartments are available to rent all year round for either short or long-term stays.
Rental prices include:
- Apartment rental for up to 6 persons (Green) and 2 persons (Swing).
- All bed linen, bath and kitchen towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
- There is a final cleaning and laundry charge, payable on arrival to our property managers.
For an additional cost we can arrange the following:
- Taxi from the airport
- A meet and greet on arrival at the resort
- A welcome grocery pack
- Mid-week clean/linen change
- Baby equipment
- Car hire
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out 10am. We may be able to accommodate earlier or later times, so please enquire. Please note that for the comfort of our guests there is a no pets and no-smoking policy in both apartments.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking please. The balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your departure. For bookings of less than 5 weeks prior to departure, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
To enable us to maintain high standards, a refundable security deposit of £150 to cover breakages/damage is required with the final deposit please. This will be returned within 2 weeks after the end of your stay, subject to a satisfactory check-out with our property manager.
Discounts are available for last-minute bookings and for stays over 2 weeks. Please contact us by phone or email for details.
Payments can be accepted by personal cheque or bank transfer. Unfortunately we cannot currently accept credit card payments.
