The ‘Green’ three bedroom apartment
The apartment has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard and equipped with everything our guests will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Return after a hard day on the golf course or at the beach and relax in the spacious lounge, containing three and two-seater leather sofas with a 32” flat screen TV, DVD player and selection of DVDs or sit on the balcony with a glass or two of the local vino , enjoy the view and watch the sun go down.
There are many bars and restaurants in the surrounding area, but if you fancy a night in there is everything you will need in the separate, superbly fitted kitchen with full hob and cooker, granite worktops, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and all crockery, cooking utensils, glasses etc. you might expect in a property of this nature.
Enjoy your meal al fresco on the balcony or in the spacious dining area where there is seating for six people.
At the end of a hard day, sink into the comfortable super-king-size bed in the luxury master bedroom, which has its own ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, shower, full bath and bidet.
There is a further bathroom with shower and bidet and two additional bedrooms. All three bedrooms have built-in double wardrobes and can be configured as six single beds, three super-king-size doubles or a mixture of the two. Just let us know what configuration is best for you when you book, so that we can have everything ready for your arrival.
There is a separate utility area with washing machine, drying facilities, iron and ironing board, along with a spare set of golf clubs and ladies size 6 golf shoes.
The ‘Swing’ one bedroom apartment
Furnished and equipped to the same high standard as the ‘Green’ apartment, but with only one bedroom! It comprises a spacious living/dining /kitchen area with a large balcony, large double bedroom with fully fitted double wardrobe and separate bathroom with shower. (Please note there is no bath in this apartment).
There is a separate utility area with washing machine, drying facilities, iron and ironing board.
A ten minute stroll from the centre of the resort with magnificent views over the golf course and mountains.
Both apartments have hot and cold air conditioning.
For the comfort of all of our guests, we have a no pets and no smoking policy in both apartments.
